Parcels, locating your parcel
If you are looking for your parcel, contact the company who arranged the transport, for example the Swedish postal service, Posten, or another forwarding agent. If the consignment is marked “held by customs," it is in fact located at the Posten´s internal customs department for registration of charges. Swedish Customs cannot help you with this matter. During periods of heavy activity at Posten, it may take up to two weeks for the consignment to reach its recipient. A tracking number is required to track your package. Contact the sender for assistance with this. If a forwarding agent was used for the transport of your item, the forwarding agent completes the customs declaration and will contact you when the consignment is ready for delivery. Contact the forwarding agent to locate your consignment. More information on sending and receiving parcels and letters can be found on Posten´s website.
