Normal Procedure makes import simpler

One way for your company to make import declarations is to use the normal procedure. This means that you have all the information relating to your consignment at the time of importation so that you can submit a fully completed declaration. By doing that your declaration follows the normal procedure.
This is how you make a customs declaration in accordance with the normal procedure:
  • You or your agent fills in all the requisite details for a complete declaration.
  • The declaration is submitted manually on a form, or electronically.
  • If your company has a credit permit you will be invoiced for any import fees.
