Moving from Sweden to another EU country

The EU is a customs union, meaning that no duties are collected among the member countries. Therefore goods you are moving within the EU do not need to be presented to Swedish Customs.

However, each country in the EU has the right to seize goods under certain circumstances for reasons of environmental protection and public health and security. Examples of such goods are narcotics, medicines and arms. Contact the embassy or customs authority in the country of destination to determine which regulations apply.
